Calendars for 2009/10 and 2010/11 have been set by the Board of Education.  This is still subject to change, however.  Key date changes are:

This Year: 2009/2010:

1.-Friday, May 28, 2010 is now a day off for students (furlough day for employees).  This means that you have a four-day Memorial Day weekend.

2.-Monday, June 21, 2010 is now the last day of school for students.  This is a week earlier than before.

Next Year, 2010/2011:

1.-Monday, September 13, 2010 is the first day of school for students at Woodland Hills Academy.

2.-November 22 to 26, 2010 are now days off for students (furlough days for employees). This is Thanksgiving week, so now there is no school on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday    or Friday.  Students and employees have the whole week off.

3.-Friday, April 1, 2010 is a day of for students and employees in observance of Cesar E. Chavez Day (this is a new holiday this year).

4.-Friday, June 24, 2011 is the last day of school for students in 2011.
