Keep Kids Healthy Program

Woodland Hills Academy has been chosen to participate in an important study, funded primarily by he National Institute of Health ( http://nih.gov), which help schools and communities develop future programs which will keep kids healthy. As parents you have now received the consent form which will allow your child to participle in the research study conducted by an experienced team of researchers form RAND (http://www.rand.org/), a non-profit research organization based in Santa Monica. So that you can review the survey documents if you so desire, we have attached materials bellow which should answer your questions.
